If you need a realtor - Chris May is the one you choose!! From start to finish ( I just took possession of my new home yesterday) Chris has been undeniably the best realtor I have ever had. He is VERY knowledgeable about everything you need/want to know about buying a home. At one point after seeing a few homes, I was thinking: Does Chris even want me to buy a house? Because he accurately points out every detail about the condition of a home, what to expect for cost of replacing something, things to consider like no back door to the backyard, re-sale of the home i.e. in a slower market, etc. And I'm so grateful he did point out the small and big things - because I found a home I am so excited about. I was on a time crunch to find something and every time we met he re-assured me we would find something, and we did! Thanks Chris I am so thankful for all the work you have done!
