Chris went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor. In a fast selling market he was able to go through our revolving top ten quickly to determine status and line up a walk through in person or even virtually through FaceTime. His attention to detail and helping identify the pros and cons of each house really helped nail down what we wanted. Negotiations were very smooth during the final stages and we ended up getting everything we wanted.

If you need a realtor - Chris May is the one you choose!! From start to finish ( I just took possession of my new home yesterday) Chris has been undeniably the best realtor I have ever had. He is VERY knowledgeable about everything you need/want to know about buying a home. At one point after seeing a few homes, I was thinking: Does Chris even want me to buy a house? Because he accurately points out every detail about the condition of a home, what to expect for cost of replacing something, things to consider like no back door to the backyard, re-sale of the home i.e. in a slower market, etc. And I'm so grateful he did point out the small and big things - because I found a home I am so excited about.
